End User Licence Agreement · Effective 21 September 2026

This licence supplements Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (the “Apple EULA”), which applies to Aerial except where this document says otherwise. Aerial is published by SEVENLABS P.S.A. (the “developer”).

1. What you are licensed to use

Aerial is a media player. It does not include, provide, recommend or link to any television channels, video-on-demand content or playlists, and has no relationship with any playlist or content provider. You supply your own playlist addresses, credentials and files, and you may use Aerial only with content you are entitled to access.

2. Open-source components

Aerial includes VLCKit, licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or later (the “LGPL”). Nothing in this agreement or in the Apple EULA restricts your rights under the LGPL with respect to that component. In particular, the Apple EULA’s prohibition on reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the Licensed Application does not apply to VLCKit, and you may modify it and replace the copy inside the application with your own build as the LGPL permits. The LGPL text and the location of the corresponding source are shown in Settings → About → Acknowledgements.

3. No warranty for third-party content

Streams, guide data and artwork come from servers you choose. The developer does not control them, does not guarantee their availability, and is not responsible for their content.

4. Purchases and the free trial

Aerial is free to download. Every feature is available for seven days from the first stream that plays. After that, live TV from your playlist, the programme guide, channel management and iCloud sync remain free, and video from your playlist carries a small watermark; your own files and stream addresses are never watermarked or restricted. The watermark and the remaining features are unlocked by Aerial Pro, a one-time in-app purchase sold through the App Store. It is not a subscription and never renews. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any device signed in to it. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. The trial is provided by the app itself, not by Apple; it runs once per Apple Account and is not reset by deleting and reinstalling the app.

5. Privacy

Aerial does not collect analytics and has no accounts. Your credentials are stored in the device Keychain and are only sent to the servers you enter. The privacy policy is at aerial.sevenlabs.pl/privacy.

6. Contact and governing law

Aerial hosts and transmits no content, so a complaint about a stream should go to the party operating it. Questions about the app itself go to aerial@sevenlabs.pl. This licence is governed by Polish law, without affecting the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

7. Everything else

All other terms of the Apple EULA apply unchanged.
